Hi, I'm Aron! I'm a 4th year doctoral student at MIT's Laboratory for Information and Decision Systems (LIDS) and a member of the Resilient Infrastructure Networks group. My research focuses on applying machine learning towards planning for decarbonized energy and transportation systems.
Before starting my PhD, I studied Civil Systems Engineering (Course 1) and Mathematics (Course 18) with a humanities concentration in Ancient and Medieval Studies.
I'm currently a teaching assistant for 1.C01/1.C51 Machine Learning for Sustainable Systems. Previously, I was a laboratory assistant for 6.036 Machine Learning as well as a teaching assistant for 1.074 Multivariate Data Analysis.
